Unfortunately, his father has been ill the past year and unable to work. His mother suffered a severe injury several years ago and lost sight in one eye and has limited vision in the other. Despite these challenges, his mother has a strong work ethic and strives to find ways to help out by cleaning the school grounds, classrooms or to help others in the community to raise money to feed the family. Despite her efforts, there has been limited funds available for school fees in the past year.
