DEC 15 Nationwide Panda Express Fundraiser

PLEASE READ: If you plan to participate in this fundraiser, please share on facebook or other social media outlets frequently over the next 9 days. Below are some tips for sharing: 

• We will have the master event fundraiser post that you can share and will also make some regular posts just sho you won't have to send the same post every time.  
• ADD a personal message when you share. We have learned in the past that your individual fundraiser posts with a personal appeal seem to get more engagement and support! (Your friends love you all!) 
• VERY VERY IMPORTANT: To ensure that we do not violate the Panda Express rule which prohibits fundraiser for personal mission trip expenses, please ONLY mention that funds will go toward Ministry Projects for Children or Families or Communities in Uganda that the team will be helping with (or somthing similar) NOT MISSION TRIP EXPENSES. (NOTE - Project fee payments you have already made will be reallocated to your personal accounts based on amounts received through the fundraiser). 
• GO BIG! Don't be shy about posting and sharing updates throughout the day. Aim to post 4-5 times on Facebook and Instagram. Research shows that less than 10% of your friends and family typlically see a single post. 
• Focus on lunchtime, after work and BIG on weekends - data tells us these are peak times for people to engage. 
• Highlight the opportunity to get involved by participating in the event and by sharing on social media.
• To get credit for participation, 1) Like our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/liveinlightministries, 2) share the event multiple times and tag LIL when you share 3) post a personal post and a picture of your meal on the day of the event and tag LIL.
